# Privacy — AI Latency Tracker
Last updated 2026-11-07.

No cookies, no trackers, no ads. Everything we store about visitors, where and for how long.

## Who is responsible
AI Latency Tracker (llmlatency.dev) is run by Maksym Babenko, Prague, Czechia (details on the about page). Questions and requests about your data: contact@llmlatency.dev.

## Cookies and your browser
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, ads or analytics tags. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Your browser keeps two values for convenience, and they never leave your device: the colour theme you picked (local storage, key llmlatency-theme) and how far you scrolled the side menu (session storage, key llmlatency-nav-y, gone when you close the tab).

## What the server sees when you open a page
The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request headers as our hosting provider.

Our own statistics never store your IP address or browser string. Most page views are not logged by us at all. A visit that arrives from a search or AI engine is recorded as the page path, the engine's name and the network operator name (for example a cloud provider) — the last one tells real visits from fake referrers. Views of the alerts page are counted, nothing more.

When you click a partner link (they go through llmlatency.dev/go/ and are marked sponsored), we record the partner, the page you clicked on, and a hash of your IP address salted with the current date — enough to count ten clicks by one person as one person that day, not enough to identify you. The same daily hash counts one-click requests on the coding agents page. After the redirect, the partner's own privacy policy applies.

These statistics live in Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine, which keeps them for three months.

## When you send a form
The alerts and data-pilot form asks for your e-mail address and, optionally, your name, company, providers you use and a note. With it we store the page you came from, whether the request came from a browser or a script, and the same daily-salted IP hash to stop abuse.

The request is stored on our server in Germany (Hetzner) and e-mailed to the owner's mailbox (Google Gmail). It is used only to reply to you about what you asked for. No marketing lists, no sharing, no sale, and this site sends you no automated e-mails.

We keep it until you ask us to delete it: write to contact@llmlatency.dev.

## Measurements and open data
The latency and uptime data published here are timings of public AI APIs taken by our own probes. They contain no information about visitors.

## Legal basis and your rights
Form requests are processed because you asked us to contact you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); hashed click and visit counts rest on our legitimate interest in honest statistics and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f)).

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, at contact@llmlatency.dev. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Czechia that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
